The Goal…
Shoulder Savvy was started with one simple idea. The idea to help people undertand their shoulder health. Providing information that helps the recovery process and prevents it from happening again.
Where It Started…
In 2017… a couple of friends who were all physiotherapists and shoulder specialists in their own right, noticed many common questions being asked by their atheletes and members of the public. Knowing not everyone has top level health access, they started to write down awnsers to these questions.
This list grew very large in a short space of time and it was decided to put the findings online to make it accessible to everyone. The original bloggers Chris, John and Fairly still write on the blog today alongside many other shoulder health specialists.
